Tracepaper

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Akash Randive ("we", "us"), the maker of the Tracepaper browser extension ("Tracepaper"). By installing or using Tracepaper you agree to them.

1. The service

Tracepaper's free features are available to everyone at no cost. Tracepaper Pro adds paid features and is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, with an optional free trial.

2. Purchases and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tracepaper. A Pro license key is for your own use and may not be shared, resold or published. You may not reverse engineer Tracepaper to remove license checks.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the images you load into Tracepaper and for having the right to use them.

6. Changes to Tracepaper and these terms

We may update Tracepaper and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Tracepaper after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Tracepaper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tracepaper in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
