Questions
When will I be charged?
On monthly or yearly, not today: your card is charged when the 7-day trial ends, and Paddle emails you a reminder beforehand. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Lifetime is a single payment at checkout, with no renewals ever.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@decisionscalc.com. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
Yes. After checkout you get a license key. Enter it in Tracepaper on your other browsers (Inspect → I have a license key).
What if it isn't for me?
See the refund policy. If something doesn't work, email us first: we usually fix it fast.
Do you see my designs or the pages I inspect?
No. Designs stay in your browser and the inspector runs locally. The extension only sends an anonymous install ID to check your Pro status. See the privacy policy.
